Granola

Ingredients

4 Cups Rolled oats - 360g

1/2 Cup Slivered almonds - 55g

1/2 Cup Pecans - 65g

1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds

1/4 Tsp salt

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 

Mix well


Add to mixture :

1/2 Cup Honey 

1/2 Cup Olive oil 

Mix well & pour onto lined baking sheet 

Directions


Oven : 175 C  (350 F )

Bake for 30 minutes.  Stir every 8-10 minutes 

Remove from oven & sprinkle  1/2 Cup Dried cranberries over mixture 

Leave to cool completely 

Store in airtight container
