Ingredients
5 Cups Broccoli-cut into small pieces
1 Apple - diced
1 Pear - diced
1/4 Red onion- diced
1 Cup Cashew nuts
1 Cup Cranberries
Dressing- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/ Cup Sour cream/vegan yogurt
2 TBS Lemon juice
1/4 Cup Honey - soft or
warmed
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine salad ingredients in a bowl
Stir together Dressing ingredients until combined & pour over the salad.
